Staying Motivated When it’s Hot Outside

It’s hot. Sure, my weather app tells me that it’s only 78 degrees when I get home from work, but it feels like a sauna outside. I’ve been trying to get back into running for the past few weeks, but when I get home from work, the heat and humidity make it difficult to rally. It’s even difficult to get motivated to ride during lunch. The humidity kills me and I begin sweating like a priest in a whorehouse before I’ve even gone a mile. Continue reading
