If you’re like 40% of Americans, you don’t. According to a survey by Kaiser Permanente, nearly 40% of Americans don’t walk their neighborhoods because they don’t have shops, schools or other services nearby. Staying Motivated When it’s Hot Outside

It’s hot. Sure, my weather app tells me that it’s only 78 degrees when I get home from work, but it feels like a sauna outside. I’ve been trying to get back into running for the past few weeks, but when I get home from work, the heat and humidity make it difficult to rally. It’s even difficult to get motivated to ride during lunch. The humidity kills me and I begin sweating like a priest in a whorehouse before I’ve even gone a mile. Continue reading
